That's why we launched the Affiliate Program to encourage you to attract more people to join the BMG Academy and experience the same transformation.

As an Affiliate, you will earn a 25% commission on every new member you refer, and graduate to a "Super Affiliate" with a 40% commission when your referrals stay active in the BMG Academy for six months or more.

Terms & Conditions

The rules and guidelines for the BMG Academy Affiliate Program

The Terms & Conditions below govern participation in the BMG Academy Affiliate Program (“Program”).

Please read carefully.

1. Criteria for becoming an Affiliate

To become an Affiliate of the BMG Academy, you must:

  • Be an active, fully paid BMG Academy member for the last 3 months.
  • Have completed a minimum of 3 courses in the BMG Academy.

2. Commissions & Payouts

  • Base Commission: 25% of the monthly membership fee (₦37,500 or $45) for each referred member’s active, paid subscription.
  • Retention Bonus (Super Affiliate): The commission increases to 40% once an affiliate has at least 10 referred members who each remain active for 6 consecutive months in the BMG Academy. Affiliates who reach this status are designated "Super Affiliates."
  • The commission applies only while both the affiliate and the referred members remain active and paid in the BMG Academy.
  • Payouts are calculated monthly and paid within 10 days after the end of each calendar month via bank transfer or mobile money to the affiliate's preferred account.
  • Taxes and any bank or transfer fees are the affiliate’s responsibility.

3. Referral Process

  • Affiliates receive a unique referral link or code.
  • A new (referred) member must join the BMG Academy through the link or code for the referral to be tracked and credited.
  • Self-referrals or attempts to circumvent tracking are prohibited.

4. Marketing & Brand Use

  • Affiliates may use only BMG-approved promotional materials and must follow the Affiliate Code of Conduct.
  • All promotions must be honest, ethical, and compliant with applicable advertising and data privacy laws.
  • Misrepresentation of member benefits or potential earnings, or unauthorized use of BMG trademarks, is prohibited.

5. Termination & Suspension

  • The BMG Academy may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or for any action that harms The BMG Academy’s reputation.
  • Upon termination, outstanding but unverified commissions may be withheld.

6. Confidentiality

  • Affiliates must keep non-public information about the BMG Academy, its members, or its operations strictly confidential.

7. Modification of Terms

  • The BMG Academy may update these Terms or commission rates with at least 10 days’ notice by email or community announcement.
  • Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Independent Contractor Status

  • Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of BMG Academy.
  • No authority is granted to affiliates to make agreements or commitments on behalf of the BMG Academy.

This Code sets the standards for all BMG Academy Affiliates.

By joining and remaining in the program, you agree to uphold these principles to protect the reputation of BMG Academy and its mission to help entrepreneurs win.

Honest Representation

Affiliates must promote the BMG Academy truthfully and transparently, clearly disclosing that they earn commissions and never making false or exaggerated claims.

Respectful & Lawful Marketing

Affiliates must only use ethical marketing methods: no spam, misleading ads, negative or disparaging messaging, or high-pressure tactics. Affiliates must comply with all advertising, privacy, and data protection laws wherever they operate.

Proper Use of Brand & Materials

Affiliates must present the BMG Academy professionally, using only approved logos, images, and messaging without alteration or imitation.

Member-First Approach

Affiliates should only recommend the BMG Academy to people who are likely to benefit from its value, and encourage referred members to engage with the courses and the community for long-term success.

Ongoing Eligibility & Good Conduct

Affiliates must maintain an active, fully paid BMG Academy membership, engage respectfully with the community, and accept that violations may lead to withheld commissions or removal from the Affiliate program.

1. Who can become an affiliate?

To become an affiliate, you must be an active BMG Academy member who is fully paid up for the last 3 months and have completed at least 3 business courses in the BMG Academy.

2. How do I join?

3. Is there a fee to become an affiliate?

No. Membership in the Affiliate Program is free for eligible BMG Academy members.

4. How does the commission work?

You earn 25% of each referred member’s monthly subscription (₦37,500 or $45 as of today) as long as they remain active and you remain a paid member.

5. How do I become a Super Affiliate and earn the 40% commission?

Once you have 10 or more referred members who have remained active in the BMG Academy for 6 consecutive months, you will become a Super Affiliate, and your commission on all active referrals rises to 40%.

6. When are commissions paid?

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 10 days of the following month via your chosen payment method.

7. Do I earn commissions indefinitely?

Yes, for as long as the referred member has an active and paid subscription and you maintain your own active BMG Academy membership.

8. What if I cancel my BMG Academy membership?

Your affiliate status ends immediately, and no further commissions will be paid to you, even if your referrals remain members of the BMG Academy.

9. How do referrals get tracked?

Each affiliate receives a unique referral link or code. A sign-up through that link or code is required for credit.

To avoid errors, commissions are automatically tracked and credited through your unique affiliate link or code.

However, if a new member confirms to us within 30 days that you referred them, we will have to manually adjust your records.

11. Can I refer family members or close friends?

Of course, you can invite any business-minded person in your network to join the BMG Academy. Please note that self-referrals or duplicate accounts are against the rules and not eligible for commission.

12. Can I invite people outside Nigeria?

Yes. The BMG Academy accepts people across the world. You can refer new members from any country or location, as long as you comply with advertising and data privacy laws in the regions where you promote.

13. What marketing methods are allowed?

You can be as creative as you want as long as your marketing methods are ethical, transparent, respectful, non-spammy, or non-intrusive. Social media, email, blogs, webinars, live events, and personal outreach are welcome.

14. Are paid adverts allowed?

Yes, but you must follow all ad platform rules and should not mislead or manipulate with your ads.

15. Can I modify BMG logos or materials?

No. Use only the official and approved graphics for the BMG Academy.

16. What happens if a referral stops paying and later returns?

Commissions pause when the member is inactive and resume only when their membership is reactivated.

17. Do I get a higher rate retroactively once I hit 40%?

No. The 40% rate applies from the date you qualify onward, not to past commissions.

18. How will I know my progress toward 10 long-term referrals?

You will have access to an affiliate dashboard that shows your total referrals, active referrals, and retention milestones.

19. What if I violate the Code of Conduct?

The BMG Academy may suspend or terminate your affiliate account and withhold unpaid commissions.

20. Can these terms change?

Yes. BMG Academy may update commission rates or policies with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued participation means you accept the new terms.
