Lagos, Nigeria – 30 July 2026 — Activator HQ (AHQ Solutions Limited) has entered into a strategic partnership with The Penthouse Solicitors to establish the BMG Legal Expert Desk, a new member benefit designed to give entrepreneurs and business owners easier access to trusted legal guidance.
The partnership agreement was formally signed on Thursday, 30 July 2026, at the Victoria Island, Lagos office of The Penthouse Solicitors.
Activator HQ was represented at the signing by Mr. John-Paul Iwuoha, the Principal Management Consultant, while The Penthouse Solicitors was represented by Prince Charles Ajiboye (Esq.), the firm's Managing Partner.
The Legal Expert Desk will officially go live on 1 September 2026, coinciding with the second anniversary of the BMG Academy.

For many small and growing businesses, access to good legal advice often comes too late.

The BMG Legal Expert Desk is designed to help change that by making professional legal guidance more accessible to eligible members of the BMG Academy.
Under the partnership, The Penthouse Solicitors becomes the BMG Academy's designated legal services partner for the Legal Expert Desk.

How the BMG Legal Expert Desk Will Work
Personalised legal guidance
Under the agreement, eligible BMG Academy members will have access to one-on-one Legal Advisory Sessions, once per quarter, with a legal counsel from the Penthouse Solicitors.
Each session can last up to 1 hour and provide preliminary guidance on business-related legal issues.
Legal risk awareness and training
The partnership will also provide a Legal Insights & Q&A session every quarter, where a representative from the law firm will discuss important legal issues affecting entrepreneurs and answer questions from BMG Academy members.
Access to extensive legal assistance
Where a member needs more extensive legal assistance (such as contract drafting or review, legal opinions, representation in court, regulatory filings, corporate restructuring, due diligence, company registration, dispute resolution, etc.), the member may engage The Penthouse Solicitors directly under a separate professional arrangement.
Key Benefit: Verified active BMG Academy members will receive a 10% discount on the firm's standard professional fees under the partnership.
An Exclusive Benefit for Committed BMG Members
Access to the Legal Expert Desk will be reserved for BMG Academy members who are above the Golden Line.
This means the member must have been in the BMG Academy for at least three months and maintained an unbroken active membership subscription in the last three months.
This requirement is designed to ensure that the Legal Expert Desk remains a high-value benefit for members who have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to the BMG Academy.
Full details on eligibility, booking procedures, and how members can access the Legal Expert Desk will be announced ahead of the 1 September 2026 launch.
Transformation beyond training
The Legal Expert Desk represents another step in the evolution of the BMG Academy from primarily a training and business learning platform into a broader business transformation and support ecosystem.
Rather than simply teaching entrepreneurs what to do, the BMG Academy's evolving model is designed to connect members with the knowledge, tools and trusted professional expertise they need to solve real business problems.
The Legal Expert Desk is the first initiative under the BMG Professional Partner Network, through which Activator HQ plans to progressively connect members with carefully selected professionals across important areas of business.

The period between the signing of the agreement and the September launch will be used by both organisations to finalise the booking, communication, feedback and reporting systems required to operate the Legal Expert Desk.
The BMG Legal Expert Desk officially launches on 1 September 2026.
